Best Western Hotel Augusta, Augsburg

My hotel stay was a mixed experience. The rooms were huge but had a bit of a sterile feel, like a hospital room or warehouse. Despite that, they were clean and well maintained. The service was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was great for exploring the city on foot, although a bit narrow to the downtown area. The dining options were average, lacking variety, but the overall quality was good. The facilities met basic expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, and the large breakfast included in the price was definitely value for money. The proximity to the city hall square was a major perk, though cleanliness could have been better.

The hotel rooms were spacious and nice, but it would have been better if there was a tea/coffee facility in the room. While the view to the main street was interesting, it was very hot inside, and the noisy street below prevented us from opening the windows.

The hotel rooms were nice and roomy with around 75 percent of windows providing a spacious, new, well-furnished, and clean experience for me and my family. The service was very helpful and friendly, although there were some racially insensitive comments that upset us. The location was convenient, with good access to places to eat and within easy walking distance of most businesses. The dining experience offered ample choices of bread, cheese, hams, fresh croissants, various coffees, fruits, and dairy products which was good value for money. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable to use.
